If you are a seminar or symposium organizer, the following information may be used to create a flyer, brochure, or course description for Dr. Blank's programs. The material found on this page is in Microsoft Word and jpeg format so it can be cut and pasted directly into your documents. If the material in these documents must be condensed for space requirements, you are responsible for editing copy. However, please submit a draft for approval to csmilecenter@comporium.net or via fax at 1-803-802-9535.
